So financing is the hold-up for the lab purchase?

Yeah, the company still needs ~ C$ 1m for the lab, and probably 0.5 more for its operating expenses, maybe some improvements, etc.

I suppose the lab might not be willing to do something other than a cash deal (eg no equity)?

From what I heard, the lab owners are looking to retire, so they're probably not interested in anything other than a cash deal.

The last 42k that went through came from someone else, mine are still out there.

Interesting. I saw that the ask jumped back to 0.515, on a 42k purchase, so I just figured that they were yours.
