I do not think there is any sneaky strategy involved. Worlds submitted their evidence regarding the proxy issue and I am sure that will come up in the oral arguments as well. I doubt there is any secret evidence or smoking gun that will come up in the oral arguments. It makes for dramatic television on Law and Order and would certainly be great for us, but I am not holding my breath on something like that.
