25 cents on news of sale of mines and a liquidation dividend, when the street notices that their is a sloppy NSS short, the power cover run can take this to $2.50 inside a week, (momoraptor posted about that $2.50 area a few times, the guy was right on)

there are no shares out there and nobody trying to short this down anymore, that would be stupid
