Just got off the phone with Danielle from the TA company.

She said that etrade needs to do something, so the TA can issue the post split shares.
Then I called etrade..... they have no idea what is going on.
I asked her if they can just call this Danielle girl and find out what needs to be done.
After "conferring" with her team, they said the will look into it.
After asking numerous time to just call, their answer was the same.....we are working on it.

Horrible.

Will be looking for a new broker ASAP.
