Agree, but Galena has to have "Big Positive News" to move this up before the second quarter earnings report.That is what I'am counting on, "big positive news" from Galena Biopharma inc to move the pps forward. Without it We have to hope that the 2nd quarter earnings report is in the shareholders and GALE favor.
