My Scottrade account does not reflect shares from reverse split of CAPC/ CAPCD. Just spoke to a

Scottrade rep. My account is frozen. I was just told it could be days or weeks before account unfrozen.

I was told it is the responsibility of Capstone Company to issue notices along with new Cusip #.

This has not happened.

I wanted to share this recent info with shareholders on this board.
