This seems pretty odd - in a press release it states: "Rod Clawson, Licensed Grower and Managing Member of Category One Botanicals LLC"

In a 2003 S-8 for AmeriResource Technologies, Inc (ARIO) - iit had the following: "This Reoffer Prospectus concerns the resale by Delmar A. Janovec ("Janovec") and Rod Clawson ("Clawson"), who are herein collectively referred to as "Selling Shareholders," of 20,000,000 shares ("Shares") of our common stock"

"Clawson has been with us since October 1, 1993. Since May of 1995, Clawson has served as our Vice President and was President of KLH Engineers & Constructors, Inc." KLH Engineers was the predecessor to ARIO.

It means that the Category One Botanicals transaction was a related party transaction.

Just another layer of the stinky CGRW onion peeled away.
