All I did is copy paste official informations I pulled out of Veltex sites or NR's.

I only added few findings I, as a shareholder made such as:

- The level and quality of information we have currently is more or less the same we had in the old days.

- all along I was lied to OR kept unaware of what the company was and is all about.

I do not see what's backward in that and I realy do not know what information I can use if I 'Put a pencil to paper'.

By the way, just for the record, I do not assume current management to be dishonnest. For the moment I just say that they have no respect for us, small shareholders.

I just hope not to one day wakeup having been screwed again.
