This canna-scam has convertible notes that it issues every single month. What are the terms? It owes an officer (Delmar Janovec) and an affiliate (Brent Crouch) almost 700K in convertible notes. What are the terms? Not disclosed. Why not? Oh yeah, because it is a canna-scam.
