Without the needed environmental permits, there's not......

much more they can do. It certainly is NOT a recovery permit, as Kyle certified the last one was several times. Nor are there a certain number of items needed for transistion to a recovery permit.

Of all the descriptions, mine is far more accurate than what the company has portrayed. That's why Mary said the news wasn't accurate.

I don't mean to offend those that are serious about this type of work, but I have to do my daily reports......daily. It's highly unprofessional not to turn over required documentation. It's what they agreed to do. The failed to keep their word and were SUSPENDED.

This is a Phase 1 permit with a dig and ID modification. They need other permits to dig and ID. They suggested they had them but the FBAR doesn't have a record of it per the legal team.
