No one seems to be able to explain how much, if anything, this company will get paid. Is it a fixed amount? If so, what is it? Is it based on production? No one seems to be able to answer this very basic question.

Since the company has no assets (no land, no equipment or facilities, no plants and really no cash) but over $3mm in financial obligations, will the payments from NuGro or Category One Botanicals be enough to even pay off the debt?
