$SFOR-$9m ACS deal as New Security Product(S) in Mobile Space is Coming which will be much better than Gaurdid Id. Remember, $SFOR still holds the right to sell Gaurded Id products to it's clients and few very large firms that have already agreed to buy them and are working on the details.

Also,

1. StrikeForce will continue to sell GuardedID and so will our Channel for which we get a fair %. We own a perpetual right to sell GuardedID to at least the retail channel even when it is sold.

2. StrikeForce continues to sell ProtectID and own it and the patents for which we filed a lawsuit against three companies. We also sold off MobileTrust but we still have the rights to sell the product continually. We are also developing further products in the mobile space and also plan to initiate additional patent lawsuits as the business grows.
