Those strawberries are awesome! I remember when you built that planter. Glad to see they are working out well. Mine are growing shoots so fast, I'm going to till up more yard and let them fill it in.
Today I picked my first cuke. There's a zucchini ready, I'm going to give it another day. I dug up a few good sized carrots today, too.
My asparagus patch looked like yours, all grown up and going to seed. I just happened to walk by and notice some new growth. I cut the new shoots, then cut the tall stalks to the ground. I don't know if it's the rain? or what? I picked about 30 asparagus shoots today, just like it was spring.
Good to hear from you. I'll be trolling for salmon in a couple of days. This time I'm taking my neighbor, he's pumped up like a little kid. Neat to see in a 54 yr old man.
