The original owner that brought them to St. Louis passed away. She had a good relationship with the city. (funny how winning does that)

From what I understand? You are correct about the current owner not liking the facility, and he wanted the city to put up more funding to build another.


I went, I saw, I thought about the consequences. I ordered a
