My only question is who would even buy the shares at this point. There's not enough spread and shares left to make much even at a huge discount. Warrants are not an enticement. With no 10k all the pumping and made up great news in the world would be needy to move the needle on this stock. I am inclined to think they don't have enough cash to play the diamond buying \resale game, pay the cost of filing and an auditor nor service the 2.4 million in debt and whatever penalties they might have accrued. Kind of doubt we hear anything at all and they stay dark to delisted or bankrupt at this point. They created a true death spiral with Asher.
