Aren't they required to make an announcement if a "significant event" occurs?

They are, but sales aren't a "material event", they are suppose to be ongoing events, lol.

Last year they went over $5M and didn't announce much. Some of that has to do with security (if you're in the security business, I think you look stupid bragging about who your clients are) and some of it the lack of big sales. I could see a PR for million plus deals.

I still don't expect much for Q2 but I'm starting to feel like it may not be as bad as I first thought. Mr. Wong's buys are puzzling.
