1st Gloom and Doom and being real is all relative...Also to hit and hold 2 on the bid a minimum of 700M to a billion will probably change hands because most folks will only want to get out with whatever they can. You can bank on that being real. Also no telling how many shares will flood the market after the company loses or settles this court battle. Problem with penny mental players is they think there is something virtuous about withholding reality ... I don't..
