Let me get this straight...

$SIII has purchased a hotel (Skytower Hotel) a shopping center (Akcenter Outlet and Shopping Center), has a LOI to buy a Marriott (Hotel Marriott in Izmir) and the largest hospital in turkey (Medical Park private Hospital) and we are trading under dollars currently?! Dang, this is a steal down here!
