I am hoping he's only taking the 5m because there is something else in the works so diluting more isn't necessary. There's got to be a reason -- As he stated before investors would put up 15m yet he does 5m and goes back to the ppl that will keep the price low by churning and burning. But why? To keep the price low intentionally so the toilet paper Peizer doesn't get those warrants that die in September? That's my thought. Who doesn't want to flush poopy toilet paper? Especially the cheap kind that's abrasive and chafes the bunghole.
