There are no other substantial leases, assets or property, other than the intellectual property and the majority ownership of another public company which is detailed in the Financial Statements and the Notes to the Financial Statements, both of which were filed with OTC Markets on March 31, 2016 and
are incorporated by reference herein.

Not seeing anything filed with OTC on March 31, 2016. Anyone know where Hop-On discloses the majority ownership or is Hop-On again filing what appears to be false info in their financials, like they appear to do each quarter?
