Poll manipulation was a big topic fort me in college a few years back when returned to school as an older adult. My sociology professor was big on polls and was teaching the class about how accurate and indicative they were. She hated it, but she eventually admitted that I was right about much they can be manipulated and how often they were inaccurate, and in class.
