Hemp #1 crop to replace tobacco? Well, not according to the State of North Carolina Department of Agriculture, State Extension Services. They say Stevia is #1 followed by Sugar Beets. Since they instituted the alternative planting structure 10 YEARS AGO, I guess they would know.
