I've had no doubt in my mind Teresa is actually working on something real. I know from my own business dealings that sometimes things take longer than we hope/assume.

I built a single 1,800 sqft building for Starbucks (I own it and rent it to them). We started talking sometime in late 2011 and finally opened the store in mid-2013.

Sometimes, the process takes wayyyy longer than you'd expect. :)
