Is there a timeline? As everyone keeps mentioning on investor hub is how the timelines keep being missed. It was a couple weeks for news at least a month ago and obviously people are worried. Next 2 weeks? A month? When is year end financials due. ?

Year end financials are not due until 90 days after December 31st as we are on a calendar year. The second quarter financials however are due August 15th. We have not missed any timelines. I have been very clear that announcements will be made at the appropriate time an no sooner. Things take time and sometimes targets change, especially when there are so many moving parts. I'm still here and things are still miving forward - we are gaining momentum on our acquisition(s). There's nothing for anyone to be worried about. We will make announcement when all parties are agreeable with doing so.
