How will you get 10%, when Veve and insiders now have preferred shares, each worth 1,500 common shares, totaling well over 8 billion common shares (on as-converted basis)?

Veve didn't exactly explain why he gave himself and other those shares that, when converted, total more than 2X the current share authorization.. Nice way to hijack a company and destroy shareholder value.
