Nothing changed? The share count has increased by 200 million share (as far as we can tell) so far. I have to assume otto recieved some when he took his seat but even if not a share has been added since dan took over the dilution is over 25%.

That wouldnt be bad if anything had been done worth talking about.

They are going to have to dilute even to drill another hole and they only have 25m to go to max out yhe AS.

So either they are going to do a RS or they are going to raise the AS which are both pretty bad at this stage in the game.
The last option is the worst and also what i expect.
No RS or dilution of SRSR. Instead they will dilute niostar which nobody will know about.
It will be awesome at first but when they actually speak the truth and file the facts the shareholders here will find out each share is now 1 billionth of 10% of nemegosenda because they sold off portions of the company for cash.
