I too had an email communication with Than. He did say that filing would happen soon. I asked for NO stock reverse split. So far they have not. Not sure what if any impact that the "mens club" will bring. What a departure from security. Wish we could get VSYM sold to someone like ADT. If it went for $1.00 it would make many of us instant millionaire's.
