I knew Tullow was in that building. Didn't know CEPSA was. I wouldn't read much into it. In my experience oil industry companies seem to share office buildings pretty often in foreign locales.

BTW we don't need any more bad deals negotiated by PN and SO. We need good deals negotiated by competent management who has a clue about how to raise capital and how to find oil.

It will be interesting to see how much in debt ERHC is in between the IRS and the drlling costs from this well. Any deal now will likely come at a steep cost to current shareholders. ERHC will be dealing from a position of extreme weakness.
