Excellent post. I have been thinking of buying shares but there may be a change in plans. One area that I did not see is if the shares are restricted. The the shares are restricted for say one or two years there is a little mitigation to the dilution but if they can be sold immediately then that is a problem. Should the shares be held as an investment, though not likely, that those shares would not be a problem and could happen if Daniels and the others see excellent potential for share appreciation.
