Here is the thing that I'm getting at with the SEC, I personally have not submitted anything to them, or have pursued any type of litigation during my time here, but others have, what has been the outcome? No one has shared anything, so I can only speak from what I observe and that is how I'm speaking today.

I'm not in disagreement with you, I'm more or less on the same page with you.

But like most shareholders, I have a stake in the company and would like it to be successful
