Based upon Wayne's history, a PR alone is really not good enough. Looking at the history of his pr's from years past proves he hasn't followed through very much if at all on them.
Sure, the fact that he gets off his butt and actually says SOMETHING in a pr might kick the security up a tick or two, but I have doubts about that and certain if it would happen have doubts it could sustain the increase, at least not without real evidence of something happening.
The fact that the marina itself has been deeded away from is fairly damning evidence that appears he has no intention of allowing the company to gain from it, or that he will later sell it back to the company at a large personal gain and allow us shareholders to pay the losses to the company, even though we have been paying his salary all this time based upon the lie that the company owns and will profit from said marina.
I also agree that just because he has not yet suffered legally or criminally from the SEC does NOT mean that he shouldn't.
He could put all this speculation to bed, and he could have stopped all of this from reaching this point had he just done what he said he planned to and kept shareholders informed. But that would have meant he actually kept one of his promises and his history clearly shows he has a severe problem doing that.
To say "well people want positive information so we will keep posting pr's and articles about MJ or other stuff that has ZERO to do with UNGS is not a help but does show just a little bit more desperation than many will admit.
Posting about the dispensaries and grow operations that are starting up or getting ready to open in Florida, is only pertinent if the UNGS machines will be in the stores, or if UNGS is selling them something, or if UNGS gains financially in some way based upon that specific opening, if not it is fluff that has nothing to do with the company.
I would very much like to hear some positive information also, but I want positive information about THIS company, nit stuff that has nothing to do with it.
Many here claim you shouldn't buy stocks without research, you then post without researching forum etiquette and understanding posting in ALL CAPS or BOLD is rude and makes it difficult for some to read.
