Before they go full-scale advertising mode, they need to keep cleaning up the app. They did all these promotions before, and then people went to the app and it wasn't ready. They'll be lucky if they get a second chance to get those people back, but they can if they fix the issues and word of mouth gets out there.

One thing I'm noticing is that you can't delete message histories. Or, if you deny a request to chat or someone denied your request, you can't erase that from the screen. On other sites like OKC or Skout, you can do that, and it avoids confusion. I also don't see where there's a button to block a user. So they're going to have to get on the ball and fix these types of issues. The users they are trying to win over are used to a certain feel to an app. Unless your differences greatly improve upon other apps, people will move on to the next efforts in the space.
