Wayne has never, in 8.5 years, offered any such clarity. Subsequent DD usually reveals that he flat lied.

For example, taking the marina for himself from shareholders. It only took about 2 minutes of DD to find the transfer deeds. But that is just me with poor DD skills. The experts should have been able to find it in even less time.

Unless they already have.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
