It appeared Tom Kim was trying to clean up NGCG and get a fresh start with a new mgt team starting with himself at the helm. Seems like there are still a few skeletons in the closet(s) he must address before that truly happens. If he sticks with this and cleans everything up, then NGCG may have a chance
