They have plenty of evidence to win a judgment and the relief requested. But it is up to the Judge and Jury as to how much the fines, damage awards and disgorgements will be and against whom, There are currently 7 defendants, that could also be expanded to include several others. The SEC want's to give the Judge as many details about Treaty and the gangs criminal activities to the Judge. It would help to have Treaty Energy's books and records that the gang of cons have REFUSED to provide the SEC in discovery. The gang of con's and Treaty have shared very little with discovery request. That's very likely because they do not want the Judge AND the public to know the FULL extent of the scams run by the gang of cons and Treaty Energy...
