I think without knowing any details behind the private transaction, you can't really speculate as to what really happened and why. If Kim paid him enough money why would he not walk? Maybe Kim can actually build a legitimate business with this ticker while previous management couldn't. Kim seems to not like Ross or want any connection to him based on some of his prior statements - even the most recent email to Freeze. Just have to wait for next filing and see how this plays out.
