I think it is going to take people sometime to catch up with the innovation that Biel has achieved not only in product line and marketing but also in their financial model. Their long time experience in all three is coming to fruition finally. We covered the first several time before but let's talk now about the financial model.
Biel's financial model is unique in the sense that investors like us are really running the company. Also, they used the approach of printing shares just like the federal government used to do in quantitative easing, but in reverse. This model is new and can never be achieved without the masses and thank for IHUB for allowing this company to make it in the era networking and electronic communciation. Biel's business financing model will be an excellent case study in business shcools.
In addition to all of this, they recently figured out that as long as you don't have foundational news that are so obvious to company's success and increased value such as FDA OTC clearance and NHS approval, day traders or short term traders will continue to ride on company news by buying low and selling high, then doubting the company progress. Essentially, keep cycling.
Recently and finally, Biel figures out to lay low while making progress and use dilution to achieve two objectives.
a. Finance the Company like they have done in the past
b. Keep the stock price at low level close to PAR value until real and tangible progress is made on the FDA and NHS fronts. Relative to this point, the only thing that changes the trend upward before FDA clearance and NHS approval is when big investors start showing up. I am talking about investors buying in the few $100k to a million dollar each.
So, the new business model for Biel is to keep financing its operation from the moms and pops investors, keep day traders or short term traders away and benefit tremenously long term traders in the long run. The company value is huge relative to its current market cap, and the debt is miniscule relative to where Biel is right now. We are talking 10s, 100s, and even a 1000 multiplier of current market cap if FDA OTC clearance and NHS approval are both achieved.
