HJOE hired a well known pump and dump auditor - Terry Johnson. Look at the companies where he was the auditor - they were all scams - check out auditor carousel.

It has been over a year since the SEC charged Johnson with fraud - he has since been barred by the SEC.

Then the question becomes - why hasn't HJOE filed a 8-K to announce a new auditor?

There isn't any defense for HJOE not naming a new auditor.

What is Adamson hiding?
