Were any shares at all sold by company connected people or were all those billions of shares supplied by one or more hedge funds abusively naked shorting the stock? Is that why no Officer or Director of GNCP or any of the sisters has ever faced charges by any regulator? Who holds those derivatives and will there be an accounting? Nothing reported in the FINRA list for yesterday, did someone fail to report or were those real shares?
Is this investigation still ongoing? Anyone able to give an update on any of the actions being brought through state courts? So many questions and so few answers. Go GNCP!!!
