I read the first 50 pages of the Pesce deposition and the lawyers for Bungie definitely took the low road in their tactics. I have no idea how that sits with the judges. For regular people like us it certainly smells of desperation by Bungie, but the legal world may see that completely different.

Pesce certainly didnt have a firm grasp on what the hell he was doing in his early 20's, but it cannot be any worse than Dr. Zyda saying he didn't bother examining World's patents. My point being both sides clearly have flaws in their expert testimony.

I would love to hear from someone that knows more about this stuff.
