The current "BOD" didn't hire Chris Tesarski. Blackburn hired him when Andrew V. Reid and Bruce Gwyn became to hot in the SEC investigation that was, as we now know, gonging on at the time. Blackburn was trying to put a "new" face on Treaty and of course it was all the same ole Treaty bullshit and there are many links to BACK that up.
