Well the good news is DDCC reports 507,000,000 shares outstanding. Then they awarded themselves 285,000,000 shares to make up for the ones they gave back to the company to be allocated for cash to remain in business....so they only have roughly 200 million to convert...lol. seriously though I don't care how many they convert/ give away and are sold right now....just more the company can buy back at a low price and retire for good when the money starts rolling in..... Imho.
