The claim was made that Wayne has been waiting for Cannabis to be approved. Dozens of PR's about Signifi, Artemis, Bud Bank, GCC from 2014 on all say otherwise,

But reaching for the stars sometimes requires saying the stars are 4 feet off the ground.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
