10-K has been ready since last Fri but the auditors were unable to use previous near finished audit by one lost
license and had to do all again,kept all hopping 2 weeks.If signed today will appear before close or date today on Monday. Mexus had no control. He says again more info will arrive

or is somebody also banana nutz?
