Nice post Franck92! Well thought out.

At least 16 reasons to be optimistic. ( and more). The process is always in progress.
Come on.

A) @EPGLMed "At this point, It's my opinion that we'll see multiple patent allowances coming because our team is skilled at the process. This makes it a very good time to hold and/or accumulate $EPGL, if my opinion proves correct. Our IP is key to certain manufacturing techniques." -MH

Furthermore, apparently the application with claim 8 has great chance to be patented if we look at what Uspto said and Uspto rules.
Others have great chances too, like autofocus, elastic circuit, harvest energy,.. because it seems they have prior art. We will see. I am confident and I dont forget that J&J has not signed this first right agreement for nothing.

"A patent examiner will sometimes allow a dependent claim over the prior art and merely object that the claim
depends from a rejected independent claim.
This means that the patent applicant can obtain a patent by simply
canceling the rejected independent claim (and any other intervening dependent claims) and add the cancelled
limitations to the allowable dependent claim.
The patent agent can also amend the other claims in the
application to depend from the newly independent (formerly dependent) claim.
Of course, a patent agent
and his client may decide not to accept the allowance of the dependent claim and continue to fight for the
patentability of the parent claim."

B) "Yes, I believe we're undervalued. Yes, .88 cents to $1.00 is our goal. Why shouldn't it be? Patents plus major companies equals..." -Hayes"

C) According the last PR, they have connections for developping with several mobile app providers ( " a Coalition of mobile app providers" and "at least one major mobile network service provider". For a new market of 120 billions.

D) First patent is coming in 1-2 weeks now.

E) Epgl has filed joint applications with AT&T, they will be published soon too.

F) agreement of first right of negotiation with J&J, meaning they want to acquire at least some technologies of Epgl, once approved.

G) Epgl has 100% property of patents, royalties will be very good, valuation by multiples. Or it will be a partial or total buyout, at a very very good PPS.

"According to the CEO of Novartis, Joseph Jimenez, the estimated value of the market for ‘autofocus’ contact lenses exceeds $10 billion,..."

"A lot of journalists and analysts focus on smart contact lenses with built-in sensors and microchips as the next big thing, but the reality is – The Financial Times suggests – that corrective contacts capable of focusing on objects automatically will bring more benefits to a huge number of people, translating into enormous profits for innovative manufacturers. EPGL (EP Global Communications), which closely collaborates with CooperVision, has announced that it has already developed the technology necessary for autofocus contact lenses and that it is ahead of Google and Novartis.."

"Neither Novartis nor Google commented on these claims...."

Did you read it ???? "it (Epgl) has already developed the technology necessary for autofocus contact lenses"
So the EPGL AUTOFOCUS technology, according Novartis Ceo indirectly, should bring 10 billions by year thanks to Epgl technology.
And it concerns only one technology.

H) Vegas conference with big players in 3 months. In 3 months, if we consider the patent time line, it will be possible that 2 or 3, even 4 applications will be patented.
7 published applications ( 3 jointly with Coopervision)
Licensing deal with Coopervision

I) and finally it will be easy to bring that on the market.

"EPGL has invented solutions that will enable microelectronics to be placed into modern Silicone Hydrogel contact lenses for mass market proEduction, without dramatically changing the current manufacturing process. This achievement is critical for the smart contact lens to truly be marketable to the masses with comfort and efficacy."

"EPGL's design does not require expensive layering techniques or re-tooling of the current mold process during manufacturing, thus making it a very attractive and less costly solution."

J) About Coopervision and Epgl

"Since 2013 and most notably, since the 2014 Annual report, EPGL has
now successfully progressed several provisional patents pending into
non-provisional and PCT application filings status as projected during
2014 and 2015. This was achieved after extensive project work and
consultation with CooperVision R&D involving onsight materials
delivery and experimentation by CooperVision researchers for proof of
concept. After seeing the successful results of the solutions created and
achieved by EPGL, CooperVision, Inc. moved forward for Intellectual
Property prosecution with EPGl into 2015. These patents continue to be
filed to the present day. As was reported earlier in 2015, EPGL rebuffed
an effort by CooperVision to have a exclusive Option to License EPGL
technology several months earlier than anticipated.
The significance of the technologies which EPGL and CooperVision
have been engaged is that they involve discoveries and breakthroughs in
the integration of microelectronics into modern silicone hydrogel contact
lenses. This is very important as any successfully commercialized
contact lenses containing electronic augmentation or vision
enhancements in the future, will need to be comfortable, safe and mass
manufactured. EPGL believes that some of the technologies it has
developed with CooperVision are leading in the field and have potential
to block other companies within the field from achieving the same
successful integration of electronics into mass manufactured contact
lenses without negotiation of royalties and compensation to EPGL and
CooperVision."

"in December 2014, CooperVision, Inc. asked EPGL to grant the Exclusive Option to license EPGL jointly developed ophthalmic technologies.
EPGL refused to do so, contending that the Development Agreement was
breached and did not allow the granting of the Option for several more months after all joint IP was fully filed. EPGL threatened litigation over the issue. In May 2015, CooperVision, Inc. suggested mediation and EPGL agreed to do so. As announced publicly in a jointly approved January 2016 PR, after several months of negotiations, a settlement was reached whereby, to avoid litigation, the parties would agree that CooperVision, Inc. will retain rights and license to use the joint
technology in their products in exchange for cash payment and EPGL receiving assignment of the IP and 100% ownership control and marketing rights worldwide."

"EPGL believes that CooperVision Inc. has breached a contract Agreement between the two companies in several ways, most notably by demanding exclusive licensing rights nine months earlier than the Agreement called for and for failure to negotiate in good faith per certain Terms of the Agreement. ""
"“CooperVision asked EPGL to solve problems and invent these technologies jointly under Agreement and now claims co-ownership with rights of refusal etc. It’s time to pay your fair share CooperVision, or relinquish the technologies free and clear to EPGL. You are utilizing assets that you have not negotiated properly and paid for under the Contract.” Said Michael Hayes, "
"“They recently lured EPGL into mediation on this issue to avoid a lawsuit and they clearly understand the value of the technology and the coming market because their R&D team valued just one new bionic contact lens application at nearly $5 Billion annual revenues. This is only one and we have several possible applications for the technology. They will not give up their rights to EPGL because they know the potential value of these key technologies over the next several years."
"EPGL is demanding that by June 17, 2015 CooperVision, Inc. relinquish all rights title and interest to their 50% ownership stake in several key patents, as settlement with EPGL, or EPGL will sue The Cooper Companies, Inc. for breach of contract and fraudulent inducement, for $4.35 Billion dollars in fees and punitive damages"

"It goes without saying that certain EPGL technologies related to Autofocus will require royalties from any and all companies who choose to integrate it into their products, including CooperVision, Inc. EPGL will not disclose specific Terms and licensing retained by CooperVision, Inc. under the Settlement Agreement because both parties agreed to maintain confidentiality. But make no mistake; if certain patents pending in Autofocus are granted, ANY COMPANY using will pay royalties for use."

Now my questions are simpleif the Epgl technology is worthless =

"Why Coopervision asked for the exclusivity of the Epgl technologies 9 months earlier than planned ?

Why did they want the exclusivity on ALL Epgl technologies ?

Why Coopervision didnot stop immediately the cooperation because Epgl refused to give exclusivity before it was planned ? instead they asked mediation with lawyers.

Why They pursued the R&D after the "dispute" ?

Why they have been keeping to file patents applications with Epgl after their "dispute" ?

why Coopervision would accept a license they dont want because it would be worthless accordintg to them ?

Why they would accept even a limited license without value ?

Why Coopervision would pay for this worthless technology ? Why spending money on R&D if they didnot want to ?

Why there is a working prototype from this cooperation ? and why Coopervision would not have wanted the ownership of this working prototype ?

Why they confirmed the agreement by email ? "

O) As someone said, do you know a lot of pos/scam companies which, after 4 years of existence, is planning a conference with shareholders and big players ?????
Do you know a lot of Pos/Scam companies which give the pics of the CEOs, inventor and even with the chief Technology officer of Coopervision ?
Do you know Pos/Scam companies which show pic of prototype ( developed jointly with COO), who make PR release, who challenge big players and have got in return no denial, no protest ?

P) A very good Accumulation Chart

Look at the Accumulation Line, in constant progress. I think that all the potential believers have shares they could buy now, they try to buy step by step when they have money. But we need now a wider panel of potential buyers, only great news will give us new buyers. We are only a few who know the Epgl company.
