how could they sell a patent continuation that doesn't exist?

it was an application for continuation not a "patent' transfer.

meaning.. eyetalk will own outright the continuation.

assigned to them by con man 'Honest' Ron..

So.... apple files for an iphone continuation.. but they decide ahh screw it.... we'll just give it straight to Samsung 1st..

CEO fired the next day.. lol.. too bad you cant fire theses clowns..

you should get FB together and attempt to sue them though.. its the only way u could possibly get money back here.
