WHAT IS MISLEADING IS CLAIMING TPAC HAS "MILLIONS" COMING IN, "MONEY IN THE BANK"
THAT IS FALSE, ITS NOTHING MORE THAN WISHFUL THINKING.
EMPTY WORDS IN A PRESS RELEASE FROM AN OTC SUB PENNY PRICED POS RUN BY A LIAR.

NO NOTHING IS LACKING .
THERE IS NOTHING MISLEADING WHATSOEVER.
I HAPPEN TO HAVE NO REASON TO MISLEAD, I DO NOT OWN THE STOCK .
THEREFORE I HAVE NOTHING TO GAIN FINANCIALLY REGARDLESS OF PRICE.
