You are correct, grne is now restructuring has not had a reverse split in a long time, but has paid off its debts with cash payments!

Everyone was expecting this for a long time and people were asking for a restructuring of the share amount now that that's over with and debts with JMJ and LG that were paid in cash along with the restructure this should give the investors confidence company is reporting revenues of $780,569 for just Q1.
