Countdown to either SEC shutdown or A/S increase, which will happen first? I would suspect the insane A/S increase will happen first, then get attention from the SEC followed by a shutdown. An A/S increase to 750 bil has got to be the largest ever for any company, so you can bet this will get the SEC attention. Once the SEC investigate Vapor history for the past year, it will be obvious to them that Vapor has become a money sucking SCAM and will be shut down immediately. Shareholders will instantly lose everything when trading is halted.
