CEPSA's discovery in Peru took about 75 days to drill and about another 65 days to announce. We are way past that now. Below is a link to the announcenent. I can't find a single instance of CEPSA ever announcing a dry hole. That is likely ERHCs responsibility. CEPSA has no reason to announce a dry hole. ERHC will delay as long as possible so the paychecks can continue to be cashed
